I first tried Jacki's cooking over a year ago when she catered a friend's bridal shower and rehearsal dinner. The food was exceptional (in particular, the sliders, truffle popcorn, and meats and cheeses). Furthermore, her displays were thoughtful and beautiful. When it came time to planning my own wedding, my husband and I already had a restaurant in mind for serving dinner, but we also wanted to provide hors d'oeuvres to our guests as well. We looked at a couple of local caterers before I remembered the delicious food that I'd had a year earlier and asked my friend for the caterer's info. I'm so glad I did! Eat Happy Catering was BY FAR the easiest vendor to work with, of our many wedding vendors. (We DIY'd everything by piecing it all together ourselves - dinner, dessert, bartending, venue, rentals, printing, etc.) Jacki was so responsive to my many questions about the menu, set-up, and more. She helped us narrow down our list of preferred hors d'oeuvres, offered suggestions on ways to round out the menu, and helped us determine adequate quantities of each - ultimately coming in UNDER budget!
